Elevation Recruitment Group is working with a manufacturer based near Bradford that is seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join its team.

Salary upto £43,000 pa depending on experience

Shifts

Rotating Shift pattern 6am-2pm and 2pm – 10pm Monday - Friday
Plus Overtime when required
Typical working week: 37.5 standard hours plus 4 overtime hours
There will also be a requirement to work some Saturday mornings 6am – 10am and be part of the “On-Call / Call-Out” & Key-holder team, which operates on a rota system

The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment within our facility.

Responsibilities of the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will include:

Perform routine maintenance and repair of mechanical systems and equipment
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues to determine the best course of action
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and implement preventive measures.
Collaborate with other maintenance team members

We are keen to speak with Mechanical Maintenance Engineers with the following skills:

Proven experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including CNC machinery robotics, and conveyor systems
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
