Location: Bradford
Salary: £30,000-£32,000 dependant on experience
Annual Leave Entitlement: 33 days pro-rata
Hours: Part-Time / Full-Time

My client is looking for PA / Executive Assistant to join their team within the NHS. This is a temporary 6 month contract with the potential to go permanent.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Operations and Business Manager and Clinical Director.
  • Arrange and minute meetings and circulate agendas.
  • Recruitment processes, including interview scheduling and on boarding processes.
  • Support Practice Managers on daily operations.
  • Maintain accurate records including staff annual leave, sickness and HR documentation.
  • Ensure timely processing of invoices and routine administrative tasks.
  • Maintain and update staff handbooks and business policies.
  • Confidently manage communications, prioritising urgent matters and ensuring professional, prompt responses.


Who We're Looking For:
A candidate who is:
? Highly organised and IT literate
? A strong communicator - both written and verbal
? Experienced in administrative roles, ideally with minute-taking skills
? Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other MS Office tools
? Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
? Flexible, motivated and solutions-focused


Essential Criteria:

  • GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths (Grade C or above)
  • Proven experience in administrative duties
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Confident telephone manner and professional approach
  • Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines


Desirable (but not essential):

  • Experience working in a GP surgery or Primary Care setting
  • Familiarity with SystmOne
  • Own transport
