Our client who won an award for Top Employer 2024 is looking a candidate with freight forwarding experience in European Road Freight.

Main Duties:

Monitoring market habits and notifying management when appropriate.
Up selling to customers through knowledge of services and products.
Providing a high level of customer service and support at all times when responding to customer queries.
Dealing with customer complaints in a timely manner.
Generating accurate rates for quotations for customers.
Monitoring shipments from start to end ensuring the customer is informed with the appropriate information throughout.
Maintaining and updating customer files with interactions, transactions and complaints.
Arranging transport of goods into depot.
Providing KPI reports to clients.

Requirements:

Must have 2 years Road freight forwarding experience.
Knowledge of customs clearance requirements - post Brexit.
Successful history of building customer relationships.
Good level of communication and negotiating skills.
