We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Locum Practice Nurse to join our friendly and professional client's team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled nurse looking for 2 days a weekwhile providing high-quality patient care in a primary care setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Providing general nursing services, including immunisations, wound care, and cervical screening.

Supporting patients with chronic disease management, such as diabetes, asthma, and hypertension.

Conducting health screenings and NHS health checks.

Maintaining accurate patient records and working in accordance with practice policies and procedures.
Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC registration.

Experience working in a general practice or primary care setting.

Proficiency in chronic disease management and treatment room duties.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Profiency in SystmOne

Up-to-date training in immunisations, cytology, and basic life support (preferred).
