We have partnered with a large and forward-thinking training practice, who is seeking an enthusiastic Practice Nurse to join their dynamic team. With three surgeries serving a total of approx. 19,000 patients, they pride themselves on providing high-quality care and fostering a supportive work environment.

Position Details:

  • Job Title:Practice Nurse.
  • Job Type:Full time or part-time flexible hours available.
  • Location:Bradford region
  • Salary:£38,000 - £45,000 per annum with an extensive benefits package including personal development opportunities, plus NHS pension, 5 weeks annual leave + bank holidays, on-site parking and much more.

About You:

  • Registered Nurse with experience in wound care, cytology, phlebotomy, vaccinations, and long-term condition management.
  • Experience in travel medicine, family planning, prescribing, spirometry, interpreting blood results, ear syringing, and mentorship is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, effective time management, ability to work autonomously and as a team member.
  • Polite, confident, motivated, problem solver with high levels of integrity and loyalty.

As a Practice Nurse, you will be integral to their patient care team, providing services within your professional boundaries. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting treatment room duties such as dressings, injections, and smear tests
  • Managing long-term condition reviews, including asthma
  • Administering immunisations and vaccinations
  • Performing phlebotomy
  • Participating in audit and quality improvement initiatives
