Position: Nursery Room LeaderType: Full-Time

Are you an enthusiastic and creative early years professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Room Leader to join our dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a nursery room, ensuring high standards of care and education in line with the EYFS curriculum.
  • Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that foster children's learning and development.
  • Conduct observations and assessments, maintaining individual learning plans for each child.
  • Provide key worker support, building strong relationships with children and their families.
  • Ensure safeguarding policies are upheld, promoting a safe environment for all children.
  • Support children with special educational needs (SEN) and work collaboratively with parents and external agencies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent.
  • Current Pediatric First Aid certification.
  • Experience in observation and key worker roles.
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding practices and SEN support.
  • Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and best practices in early years education.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to inspire and engage children.
