HR Business Partner

Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working with a Yorkshire based Housing Association to recruit to a HR Business Partner on a permanent basis. They operate an agile working policy, but travel across Yorkshire will be required some weeks due to meetings.

The role will provide strategic and operational HR service to management across their Assets and Property Services team. This will include people partnering, workforce planning and associated cultural changes.

Responsibilities of the HR Business Partner include:

  • Building relationships with colleagues and managers at all levels within the designated business area
  • Drive the delivery and development of people plans and activities
  • Providing coaching and guidance
  • Working with management to drive and interpret key performance indicators
  • Supporting management with ER issues
  • Providing objective, pragmatic and legally sound technical advice to the designated business area
  • Working alongside the L&D team to support the designated business area
  • Alongside the other HR BPs, coach and develop People Advisors within the team

Requirements of the HR Business Partner:

  • An experienced HR professional with a successful track record within strategic business partnering
  • Chartered MCIPD (or equivalent level qualification) is desirable, but not essential
