Are you a passionate and detail-oriented professional looking for a rewarding career? We're seeking a talented Payroll & HR Analytics Officer to join our client's growing team.

About the Role:

As a key member of the HR & Payroll department, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of payroll for over 450 employees. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing monthly payroll processes, including pension administration, benefit administration, and overpayments.
  • Analyzing HR & Payroll data to identify trends and produce insightful reports.
  • Using your advanced excel skills to collate and manage data for the use of the HR team.
  • Supporting the HR team on a wide range of processes, such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in payroll processing, with a focus on data and reporting.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and dashboards.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
