About the Role:
As a key member of the HR & Payroll department, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of payroll for over 450 employees. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing monthly payroll processes, including pension administration, benefit administration, and overpayments.
- Analyzing HR & Payroll data to identify trends and produce insightful reports.
- Using your advanced excel skills to collate and manage data for the use of the HR team.
- Supporting the HR team on a wide range of processes, such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in payroll processing, with a focus on data and reporting.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and dashboards.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
