Payroll Administrator, £24,500 Per Annum, Bradford/Hybrid Working

Macmillan Davies are working on with a leading and well-established national entity who are looking to attract a Payroll Administrator to join their growing team. This role will function to be the first point of contact for all internal payroll assistance.

About the role:

  • Initial point of contact for internal customers to provide payroll support guidance
  • Ensuring the payroll experience for all colleague's error free.
  • Supporting the on-going maintenance and accuracy of data held on the system.
  • Making sure payroll is accurate at all times.
  • Creating management information via business reporting.
  • Continually improving internal processes
  • Remaining compliant with internal and external standards at all times.

About You:

  • Previous Payroll experience within a fast-paced organisation (Desirable)
  • Solid administration background and excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of payroll procedures
  • Knowledge of PAYE legislation and HMRC requirements. (Desirable)
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload
