Marks Sattin are currently working with an Bradford based service provider who are looking for a Payroll Administrator.
This role is working for a newly acquired business and will administer Payroll for the business on a standalone basis, whilst also being responsible for HR administrator and adhoc administration.
This role will suit a candidate with 2+ years' experience within Payroll with standalone experience.
In return, the candidate will receive up to £35,000 with the opportunity to study CIPP, whilst working or a growing business with new investment!
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Reviewing of timesheet data to ensure correct and dealing with queries
- Arranging payments for payroll, PAYE/NI, AOE, pension scheme
- Liaise closely with the HR/recruitment team for employee record changes, new starters and leavers.
- Processing of bonuses
- Calculate holiday pay monthly for hourly staff
- Administration of the Auto Enrolment Company Pension Scheme
- Accurate posting payroll to accounting system
- Prepare intercompany/cost centre recharges
