A Payroll Specialist is required for a key role in the Accounting & Finance department of a leading financial services institution. The role involves managing the payroll process and ensuring accurate and timely processing of all transactions.

Description

  • Oversee the end-to-end payroll process
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll legislation
  • Manage payroll-related queries from employees and stakeholders
  • Work closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Prepare regular payroll reports for senior management
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll data
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the payroll function
  • Support the wider Accounting & Finance team as needed

Profile

A successful Payroll Specialist should have:

  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and legislation
