Location: NHS Hospital, Bradford
Hourly Rate: £27 to £31 per hour
Start Date: Immediate, ongoing contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality clinical pharmacy services to inpatients across various wards.
- Review and manage medication prescriptions, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
- Advise healthcare professionals on optimal drug use and monitor patient progress.
- Conduct ward rounds and provide medication counselling to patients.
- Support the pharmacy team in meeting departmental objectives.
Requirements:
- GPhC registration as a Pharmacist.
- Previous experience in a clinical pharmacy role within the NHS.
- Strong clinical knowledge and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
