Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a Senior Strategy Advisor for a Housing Association on a permanent basis. The salary is £52,000 per annum, and hybrid working between home and their Bradford office will be required.

The role:

  • Develop, advise and implement strategic initiatives that align with the organisations long-term goals
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of strategic initiatives and recommend adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes
  • Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decision making
  • Coordinate the implementation of a comprehensive ESG strategy and implement initiatives and programmes that promote sustainability, social equity, and robust governance practices
  • Develop and maintain systems for collecting, analysing and reporting ESG data

What you need:

  • Experience of strategy development and implementation within social housing or a related field
  • Proficiency in using data analysis and reporting tools
  • Understanding of ESG principles, frameworks and reporting standards
  • Ability to project manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
