KS2 Teacher
Overview:Nextgen are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive learning environment, developing engaging lesson plans, and promoting the academic and personal growth of students. This role requires a commitment to educational excellence and the ability to inspire students to achieve their full potential.
Requirements:
- PGCE/QTS (qualified teacher status)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage classroom activities and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students through innovative teaching techniques.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and resources to enhance learning experiences.
- Patience, empathy, and adaptability in addressing diverse student needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise in the classroom setting.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
- Create a stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning and personal growth.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through regular testing, assignments, and feedback.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding student performance and behaviour.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance instructional strategies and share best practices.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies.
- Uphold school policies and contribute to a positive school culture.
