We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS1 Teacher to join a Primary School on a full-time basis in the BD11 area. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a nurturing and supportive school environment.

Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in KS1 (preferred)
  • A strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and phonics teaching
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills
  • A creative, patient, and enthusiastic approach to teaching
  • Possess an Enhanced DBS or willingness to get one through Randstad
  • No Sponsorship, should be eligible to work in the UK without any restrictions
  • A commitment to safeguarding and supporting every child's well-being
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Inspiring and engaging KS1 pupils through creative and interactive lessons
  • Supporting the development of early literacy, numeracy, and social skills
  • Using phonics-based teaching methods to enhance reading and writing progress
  • Working closely with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and parents to support individual learning needs
  • Assessing and monitoring pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies where necessary
  • Creating a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment
