We are looking for a passionate and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join a nurturing Primary School in the BD11 area on a full-time basis.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in KS1 (preferred)
A strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and phonics teaching
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
A creative, patient, and enthusiastic approach to teaching
Possess an Enhanced DBS or willingness to get one through Randstad
No Sponsorship, should be eligible to work in the UK without any restrictions
A commitment to safeguarding and supporting every child's well-being

Roles & Responsibilities:

Inspiring and engaging KS1 pupils through creative and interactive lessons
Supporting the development of early literacy, numeracy, and social skills
Using phonics-based teaching methods to enhance reading and writing progress
Working closely with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and parents to support individual learning needs
Assessing and monitoring pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies where necessary
Creating a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment
