  • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Y1 & 2 pupils
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages pupil participation and enthusiasm for learning
  • Provide a high- quality early education to children in their Early Years with emerging SEND, differentiating to create an inclusive and supportive environment
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, and support each pupil reach their full potential
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupil development
  • Participate in school events, professional development, and contribute to the wider school community
