Provide a high- quality early education to children in their Early Years with emerging SEND, differentiating to create an inclusive and supportive environment
Assess and monitor pupil progress, and support each pupil reach their full potential
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupil development
Participate in school events, professional development, and contribute to the wider school community
