In this role you will:

  • Support pupils across Key Stages 1 & 2, working both in small groups and 1:1 to help them reach their full potential.
  • Deliver engaging interventions and booster sessions, using your expertise to address individual learning needs and accelerate progress.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers to plan and implement creative learning activities, ensuring a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, acting as a positive role model and building their confidence and self-esteem.
  • Contribute to a supportive and nurturing school community, working alongside a dedicated team of teachers and support staff.

We're looking for an HLTA who:

  • Holds a HLTA qualification or equivalent.
  • Has experience working in a primary school setting.
  • Demonstrates a passion for supporting children's learning and development.
  • Possesses strong behaviour management skills and a nurturing approach.
  • Is an excellent communicator and team player.
