We are currently working with a market leading, multi-site food manufacturer who are looking for a Production Shift Supervisor to support the team on a 6 month FTC, with a possibility for an extension. Shift - Mon-Fri, 2-10pm.
You will be responsible for providing support to the Shift Manager on day to day tasks, ensure all quality and production standards are adhered to. Achieve and improve upon performance targets, drive CI and Lean manufacturing principles.
You will need to be an experienced Team Leader/Supervisor with +3 years food industry experience, with experience overseeing teams of at least 30 reports, a hands on leader who likes to get their sleeves rolled up, a problem solver, a track record within the food manufacturing industry and able to use own initiative.
