Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in managing teams, ideally in manufacturing.
- A solid understanding of machinery and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively would be a great advantage
- Strong communication skills to inspire and guide your team.
- Skilled in maths and data management to monitor performance and inventory.
