Are you an experienced Production Team Leader looking for a new challenge? We are recruiting for a Production Team Leader to join a dynamic manufacturing team in Bradford. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of production lines while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure quality standards are met and maintained throughout the production process.
- Support, train, and develop team members to enhance skills and performance.
- Maintain accountability for stock levels and ensure accurate records are kept.
- Monitor and improve production processes to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and problem resolution.
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Experience as a Senior Operative, Line Leader, Team Leader or Supervisor role.Â
