We are seeking a Shift Production Manager to lead and drive the performance of our manufacturing operations. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of your assigned production shift, ensuring targets for safety, quality, and output are consistently achieved.
  • Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, minimize downtime, and optimize processes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions where required to meet production goals.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, logistics, and quality teams to ensure seamless operations and product integrity.
  • Prepare shift reports and communicate with the next shift to ensure continuity and knowledge sharing.

  • Proven experience in a production management or supervisory role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
  • A track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence.

  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.
  • Flexibility to work rotational or fixed shifts as required.
