- Managing all aspects of the project, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
- Leading and coordinating a team of professionals, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and building codes.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and local authorities.
- Monitoring progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and driving the project to a successful completion.
What We're Looking For
- A proven track record in project management, ideally with experience in Civil Engineering and Structural Contracts.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- A thorough understanding of construction methodologies and contracts.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- A commitment to delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
