Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Client Project Manager to lead the delivery of a 拢47m transport project. You will be responsible for guiding the project through the Outline Business Case (OBC) and Full Business Case (FBC) stages.
This is a high-profile role, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on the region's infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
路Lead the project's development, ensuring successful delivery through key decision points.
路Oversee cost, risk, programme, and compliance management.
路Deliver clear and concise reporting to key stakeholders, ensuring the project stays on track.
路Ensure effective management of external consultants, using the NEC4 contract framework.
路Successfully navigate political and public stakeholder management.

Key Requirements:
路Minimum 5 years as a Senior Project Manager delivering projects over 拢5m.
路Proven experience with PRINCE2 or equivalent project management qualification.
路Strong background in Highways and Transportation projects.
路Familiarity with the HMRC Green Book, particularly in Business Case development.
路Proven ability to manage large project budgets, forecasting, and risk assessments.
