Quality Administrator

Salary- 24,977.50 = 3k Car allowance

Location - Halifax & Bradford

As a Quality Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include gathering and preparing evidence and documentation for Energy Efficient Measures in accordance with PAS2030:2019 and MCS Standards. You will work closely with contractors and site teams to ensure all necessary materials are collected.

You will also collaborate with various departments within the business to provide administrative support for retrofit activities.

For this role you will be required to travel to different sites in the Halifax & Bradford area. You will therefore need a Full Driving License.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and organize all documentation related to the installation of Energy Efficiency measures following PAS 2035:2019 and MCS processes.
  • Collaborate with project Retrofit Coordinators to ensure all necessary installation paperwork aligns with main contract timelines.
  • Advise regional delivery teams on compliance matters concerning energy efficiency measures.
  • Upload documents to designated locations and share points.
  • Ensure there are no compliance failures due to inaccurate or incomplete submissions.
  • Adhere to all Strategic Partner contractual deadlines.
  • Engage with subcontractors to support the effective development and compliance of projects.
  • Request access to client shared folders for uploading completed lodgement evidence upon project completion.
  • Demonstrate initiative, attention to detail, and a proactive approach in all tasks.
  • Travel to additional sites for assistance as needed.
  • Be adaptable and ready to work on various projects and initiatives at short notice.
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiently use Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Confidently raise any potential quality concerns regarding the evidence provided.
