NextGen Teachers are currently recruiting on behalf of a Secondary school in Bradford for a Behaviour Support Worker who is seeking a new full-time opportunity starting as soon as possible in 2025.

This role is to support across the school with behavioural issues and support pupils across school in KS3 & KS4 who have Behavioural and SEMH needs. The main objective is to minimise class disruptions and to assist pupils to move from the provision back into their assigned classes.

This is a full-time temporary to permanent position working Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:00pm with 13 weeks of holiday per year.

Please note, if you do not have 12+ months of experience working with SEMH students you will not be shortlisted for this position.
