Finance Business Partner required to join one of our not for profit organisations based in Bradford. The Finance BusinesPartner will be managing and supporting finance operations and providing them with timely and accurate financial insights to guide informed decision-making.

Duties & Responsibilities;

  • Supporting teams in navigating complex financial data, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout all processes.
  • Business Partnering with the various teams to maintain and improve processes, systems and activities to help deliver the best outcomes.
  • Support with the team's understanding of financial impacts, promote value for money, and ensure that all projects align with the organization's long-term strategy.
  • The Business Partner will also contribute to the financial health and operational efficiency of the organisation, ensuring that all financial transactions are managed with integrity and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Skills:

  • Ideal candidate will be either ACCA,CIMA, ACA Qualified or equivalent
  • Project accounting experience
  • Strong experience in producing and reporting management accounts
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information for non-finance professionals
  • Knowledge of financial accounting systems and internal controls in a complex organisation
  • Proven ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders across all levels
  • Commitment to continuous professional development (CPD)
  • Experience in financial business partnering within a not for profit organisation or a similar regulated environment
