The Estates Centre of Excellence is responsible for key areas of professional delivery: building services engineering; building fabric maintenance and lifecycle management planning; estates compliance; estates contracts and contractor management (including retendering); health and safety; PFI management; technical 'intelligent client’ input and support for new schools and large trust capital projects. This role leads a professional team of specialists and subject matter experts to deliver an effective and efficient service to our academies.

The successful candidate will be a dynamic and strategic leader with a proven track record in strategic estates management across a similar complex multi-site environment. You will possess exceptional programme and project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple sites and ensure the highest standards of safety, maintenance, projects delivery and compliance. Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management are essential, as is the ability to lead and inspire a diverse team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, enabling you to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. The successful candidate will be proactive, resilient, and dedicated to supporting the Trust's mission by providing and maintaining outstanding educational environments at our academies.
