An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a team based in Bradford. This role will focus on projects involving retail refurbishment and concrete repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage cost planning, budgeting, and financial tracking for projects.

Prepare and review tender documents and contracts.

Oversee procurement and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors.

Conduct cost analysis and monitor project budgets to ensure efficiency.

Provide detailed reports and updates on project finances.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Demonstrable experience in quantity surveying, ideally within retail refurbishment or concrete repair projects.

Strong understanding of cost management, procurement, and contracts.

Effective communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
