Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Address customer queries efficiently and effectively
- Handle customs clearance as well as import and export documentation and processes
- Deliver exceptional customer service to visitors and clients, both in-person and over the phone
- Process high volume customer queries professionally and efficiently
- Accurately enter data into the in-house system
- Manage delivery queries and communicate effectively with the team
- Learn all aspects of the role to provide comprehensive support
