My client, a well regarded Estate Agency in West Yorkshire, are looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator to join their team. The role is an office based position offering a varied workload. Experience in the industry is essential
Working hours:
- Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm
- 1 in 3 Saturdays 10 am – 2pm
The successful Lettings Negotiator will be offered:
- £24,500 Basic
- Monthly Commission structure
- Quarterly and Annual Bonus
- On Target Earnings of £28,000 - £29,000
Lettings Negotiator requirements:
- Experience in industry
- Strong Telephone manner
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to Negotiate

- Arranging Viewings
- Tenant Referencing and Applications
- Booking Check ins and Inspections
- Property Management
