Are you an experienced lettings negotiator looking for your next exciting challenge? We’re on the lookout for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused individual to become a key part of our dynamic West Yorkshire lettings team.

In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you’ll be responsible for a variety of lettings and property management duties, including:

  • Marketing new properties and conducting reference checks for prospective tenants
  • Arranging viewings, valuations, and tenancies
  • Managing property portfolios, including organising inspections and coordinating safety checks
  • Overseeing move-outs and bond returns
  • Chasing rent arrears and ensuring timely payments
  • Prospecting for new business opportunities to help grow our lettings portfolio

We’re seeking someone with at least 2 years’ experience in the lettings industry and a strong background in customer service. You’ll need to be confident managing multiple tasks, building rapport with clients, and staying ahead in a busy, varied role.
