We are seeking a professional and friendly part-time receptionist to join the team and be the first point of contact for their valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, handling inquiries with confidence and discretion
  • Maintain a tidy and organised reception area
  • Schedule appointments and manage the firm’s diary

Key Requirements:
