Your new company
We are currently recruiting for an exciting HR Administrator position to provide HR Admin & Recruitment support to the HR lead for a School in Bradford. The contract is likely to be long term to cover a period of staff sickness in the team.
Your new role
Key duties include:

  • Onboarding new staff
  • Following strict compliance/onboarding processes
  • DBS checks/background checks on new staff members
  • Requesting and obtaining references
  • Recording staff absences
  • General HR Administration support to the HR Manager

What you'll need to succeed

  • Must have previous HR Administration experience
  • Experience of working in a HR environment within an education setting is desirable but not essential for this role
  • A CIPD qualification is also desirable.
