We are currently recruiting for an exciting HR Administrator position to provide HR Admin & Recruitment support to the HR lead for a School in Bradford. The contract is likely to be long term to cover a period of staff sickness in the team.
Your new role
Key duties include:
- Onboarding new staff
- Following strict compliance/onboarding processes
- DBS checks/background checks on new staff members
- Requesting and obtaining references
- Recording staff absences
- General HR Administration support to the HR Manager
What you'll need to succeed
- Must have previous HR Administration experience
- Experience of working in a HR environment within an education setting is desirable but not essential for this role
- A CIPD qualification is also desirable.
