Salary:26,000 - 34,000 per year (depending on experience) + Commission

What You'll Be Doing:

Managing a portfolio of clientswithin the driving and logistics sectors.
Building relationshipswith new and existing clients to understand their recruitment needs.
Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidatesfor various driving roles including HGV, LGV, van drivers, and other logistics positions.
Delivering high levels of customer serviceto clients and candidates, ensuring satisfaction.
Meeting targetsand earning commission based on your performance.
Growing the driving division, identifying new opportunities, and expanding the client base.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within driving or logistics, though other recruitment backgrounds will be considered.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A proactive, self-motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
A positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
