Shift Electrician to join a leading manufacturing site in West Yorkshire. The role compensates with a great salary of up to 42,000 per annum complemented by 28 flexible holidays, and a prestigious benefits package, including private healthcare, 9% employer pension contribution, and life assurance. This Shift Electrician position will consist of working continuous shifts, 3 on 3 off, during days and nights.
Throughout the company, millions are being invested in expansion and operational upgrades. As the Shfit Electrician you will be working on site electrical projects to support and improve site electrical systems, playing a pivotal role in repair and maintenance.
Role Responsibilities of the Shift Electrician
- Maintaining current site Health, Safety & Environment and Quality policies.
- Observe all current electrical safety systems of work and practices (17th Edition Regulations).
- Making sure housekeeping throughout the working areas are maintained to the highest level possible.
- Assist with electrical troubleshooting and improvements set out by the Site Electrical Engineer.
Qualifications for The Shift Electrician
- Experience working in an industrial environment
- Qualified with a ONC level or above in electrical (or equivalent experience with a relevant ECI qualification)
- Working knowledge of Health & Safety and electrical safety on an industrial site.
