Job Purpose
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall growth of our company. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in food wholesale and a proven track record in business development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and partners.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
• Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the food wholesale industry (beneficial)
• Strong understanding of the food industry, market dynamics, and customer needs (beneficial)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and develop innovative business solutions.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
