Are you a Business Development Manager, Sales Engineer or similar from a Sheet Metal. Capital Equipment or Machine Tools background looking to join a growing independent business that provide you full autonomy to cover the North of England?

Do you want to work for a company that grants you flexibility and responsibility to manage your own and existing accounts for a business with a friendly company that will appreciate your work from commission?

In this role you will be working a regional patch around the North of England, visiting existing clients and drumming up new business across the sheet metal industry. You will liaise with clients to understand their requirements, selling the appropriate machine and service package.

This independent company has been operating for over 40 years and continues to grow and develop its market reach off the back of a fantastic reputation. As one of the largest independent dealers of sheet metal working machinery and they pride themselves on their flexible approach, covering all aspects of supply, maintenance, service and restoration.

This role would suit an Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Manager, Sales Engineer or similar from a Machine Tools or Capital Equipment background looking for a highly autonomous role offering generous commission within a growing independent business.

The Role:

  • Developing new business and managing key accounts
  • Selling machine tools, fibre lasers and capital equipment used within the sheet metal industry
  • Travelling around the North, working in a Leeds-based office every Friday
  • Company Pick-up Truck provided for personal use
  • Monday to Friday, flexible working, 40 hour week


The Person:

  • Businesss Development Manager, Technical Sales Manager, Sales Engineer or similar
  • Capital Equipment / Sheet Metal Machinery background
  • Willing to attend a Leeds based office every Friday
  • Full UK Driving License
