NextGen Teachers are currently recruiting on behalf of a Secondary school in Kirklees who are looking for a Teacher of Art & Design Technology for a full-time position starting in the new year from January 2025.

The school is located in Kirklees and has easily accessible public transport routes to and from the City Centre. This school is graded as GOOD by Ofsted.

You will be required to teach in most areas of Art & Design Technology including; Art, Food, Textiles, Hard Materials, Product Design and Graphics.

Successful applications will have:

  • Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) with a specialism in Design & Technology
  • At least 1 year of teaching experience
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to complete one)
