Day-to-day of the role:
- Deliver high-quality design and technology lessons across KS3 and KS4, ensuring students develop their skills and confidence in various aspects of design and technology.
- Encourage participation in a range of design and technology activities, fostering a positive attitude towards this subject.
- Organise extracurricular clubs, competitions, and school events related to design and technology to enhance student engagement.
- Monitor student progress, adapting lessons to meet different learning needs.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop an inclusive and supportive design and technology curriculum.
