About the School:I am working with a school in Bradford that are part of a well respected trust, they have strong behaviour routines which help the students with consistency in their lessons. The school are needing an English Teacher Immediately who can come and join a strong department and help deliver a good curriculum of work to help improve GCSE results
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons.
- Develop and implement a curriculum that enhances students' language and literature skills.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support.
- Organize and participate in literary events and activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate English into the broader curriculum.
Job Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in English or a related field.
- Experience teaching English at the secondary school level.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A passion for literature and a commitment to inspiring students.
