Veritas Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to work in an outstanding secondary school in the Bradford area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher (QTS required) to join a supportive team and inspire students through engaging and effective teaching.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality English lessons across KS3 and KS4.
  • Undertake full teaching responsibilities, including marking, assessments, and attendance at parents' evenings.
  • Inspire and challenge students to achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support student learning and wellbeing.
  • Maintain high standards of classroom management and discipline in line with school policies.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Proven experience teaching English at the secondary level.
  • Commitment to delivering an inclusive and engaging curriculum.
  • A DBS check on the update service (or willingness to process one through Veritas Education).
