English Teacher - Full Time (Until Easter in the First Instance) - Bradford

Veritas Education is working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school in the Bradford area to recruit a passionate and dedicated English Teacher for a full-time position. This role is to start immediately and will continue until Easter in the first instance, with potential for extension.

The Role:
  • Deliver engaging and effective English lessons across KS3 and KS4.
  • Plan, prepare, and assess work to ensure student progress.
  • Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
  • Contribute to the wider school community, including attending meetings and parents' evenings where required.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Experience teaching English within a secondary school setting.
  • A strong understanding of the national curriculum.
  • Passion for inspiring students and promoting a love for English.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
