French and Spanish Teacher

Best in Class is working with a School based in Bradford to find a French and Spanish Teacher to join their team on a temporary basis, with an immediate start until the end of the academic year.

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching both French and Spanish up to KS4 level. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the academic development of students in both languages and work in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will be able to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement. They will also collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement a comprehensive and cohesive curriculum, as well as effectively communicate with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and any concerns.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in both French and Spanish to students up to KS4 level
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement
• Assess and monitor the progress of students, providing feedback and support as necessary
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement a comprehensive and cohesive curriculum
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and any concerns

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in French, Spanish, or a related field
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Proven experience teaching French and Spanish up to KS4 level
• Strong knowledge of the KS4 curriculum for both French and Spanish
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
