The School and Role

This large, coeducational Secondary school based in Garston, Liverpool are looking to appoint a passionate Multi Science Teacher to teach Biology, Chemistry and Physics across KS3 - KS4 levels as part of an established team.  This is a full-time role, starting immediately and is ongoing until the end of the academic year.  The successful candidate must have experience of teaching Science up to KS4.  The school was marked as 'Good' in all areas following their most recent Ofsted inspection in December 2022.  The school has state-of-the-art facilities, and offers a diverse range of trips and experiences in addition to projects with external and community partners such as Everton in the CommunityWarrington Youth Rowing Club and Football Beyond Borders.

Requirements

The desired Teacher will have;

-          Hold QTS in the UK

-          Experience of working with KS3 and KS4 levels

-          Confidence in teaching the current curriculum

-          Have, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
