Veritas Education is proud to be working in partnership with a supportive and forward-thinking secondary school in the Bradford area. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis starting from September 2025.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher who is enthusiastic about delivering engaging science lessons and committed to student progress. The role will involve full planning and marking responsibilities and is paid to scale in line with your experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality science lessons across KS3 and KS4

  • Take full responsibility for planning, preparation, and assessment

  • Monitor student progress and provide effective feedback

  • Contribute to the wider school community and attend relevant meetings/CPD

Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Experience teaching science in a UK secondary school setting

  • Strong subject knowledge and a commitment to raising attainment

  • A valid DBS on the Update Service

  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills
