About the School

This is a new secondary school for 11 to 18-year-old boys that opened in September 2019 and was graded as ‘Outstanding’ in all areas by Ofsted during its first inspection in February 2024. The school has a Muslim faith designation, welcoming applications from pupils of all faiths and none. During its opening year, the school admitted an intake of 120 pupils into Year 7. The school will continue to admit a new intake of Year 7 pupils at the beginning of each academic year. Like all schools in this network, it has a leadership specialism.

We’re looking for a Subject Lead for History with a proven track record of success in improving standards and raising pupil outcomes. We want to hear from talented middle leaders looking to extend their experience, and outstanding, ambitious teachers seeking their first middle leadership post.

As an experienced teacher, you will develop an exciting curriculum that suits every type of learner and have the resolve to make a real difference to the lives of our young people. The successful candidate will be a committed team player with excellent organisational and motivational skills.

You will be able to demonstrate the ability to lead a successful faculty drawing on your extensive teaching and leadership experience. As a middle leader here, you’ll join a high-performing and supportive network of primary and secondary schools with some of the best leaders in education.

You Will Have:
