We are seeking a full-time Teacher of Spanish to join a dedicated team in Bradford, teaching Key Stage 3 and 4 students. The position is available to start ASAP, offering an exciting opportunity to shape young minds and help them succeed in their language studies.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and high-quality Spanish lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods to suit individual needs.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student is encouraged to participate and excel.
- Foster a love of languages and cultural awareness through interactive and creative teaching techniques.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the wider language department.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Specialism in Spanish with experience teaching KS3 and KS4.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
- A commitment to raising achievement and promoting a positive learning environment.
- A valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
- Should be eligible to work in the UK.
