Position Details
- Location: Bradford
- Contract: Full time role
- Pay Rate: £150 - £223 per day (UPS rates will be considered)
What We're Looking For
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- A strong ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).

- Creativity and the ability to design engaging lessons that are differentiated for a range of ability levels.
- Leadership qualities, particularly having the ability to encourage and inspire pupils.
- Modify teaching methods to accommodate students various requirements
- Strong communication skills to engage students and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Initiative and a proactive approach to teaching.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents regarding their progress.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Effective classroom management techniques
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Foster a love of reading, writing, and critical thinking in your students.
- Assess, mark, and provide constructive feedback to students, ensuring they meet and exceed their targets.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every student can thrive.
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the school's curriculum development and extra-curricular activities.
- To assist students in making connections, promote self-directed learning and critical thinking.
- Effective behaviour management
- Encourage extracurricular pursuits like reading clubs or creative writing projects.
- Assess overall student performance, support exam preparation, and inform future class design, ultimately helping students achieve their academic goals.
