NextGen Teachers have an exciting opportunity for a Teacher of English. This role is for a maternity cover contract and will be to start at Easter. Our school is rated GOOD overall and awarded OUTSTANDING in quality of education, behaviour and attitudes and leadership and management.
We're seeking a candidate who has taught up to GCSE level in English. The school is part of a local academy trust and offers a department of 4 experienced Teachers. The school is looking for an experienced English Teacher who has completed both ECT years.
The school is located in Bradford and has easily accessible public transport routes to and from Bradford City Centre. This school is graded as GOOD by Ofsted. You would be joining a vibrant English department made up of 4 members of staff.
Successful applications will have:
- Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) with a specialism in English
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to complete one)
- Full-time availability
- 2x professional references
- Right to work in the UK
